1. Cancellation Request
   • Guests can cancel their booking through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
   • Cancellation requests are considered valid only after confirmation from StayIn Paradise.
   • The applicable cancellation policy displayed during booking will apply.
2. Free Cancellation
   • Some properties may offer Free Cancellation before a specified date.
   • The free cancellation period will be clearly mentioned on the property's booking page before payment.
   • After the free cancellation period expires, cancellation charges may apply.
3. Cancellation Charges

   Cancellation charges depend on the property's individual policy. A typical cancellation schedule may be:

   More than 7 days before Check-in	100% Refund*
   3–7 days before Check-in	50% Refund*
   Less than 72 hours before Check-in	No Refund
   No Show	No Refund

   *Processing charges or payment gateway fees may be deducted where applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings
   • Some promotional offers, discounted rates, festive packages, or special deals are Non-Refundable.
   • These bookings cannot be cancelled.
   • No refund will be issued once the booking is confirmed.
   • The booking page will clearly indicate if the reservation is non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
   • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
   • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
   • Processing time may vary during weekends or public holidays.
6. Booking Modifications

   Date changes, guest name changes, or room upgrades are subject to:

   • Property availability
   • Applicable price difference
   • Property approval

   Additional charges may apply.

7. Property Cancellation
   • If the property cancels your confirmed booking due to operational reasons:
   • You will receive a full refund, or
   • We will assist you in finding a similar accommodation, subject to availability.
8. Force Majeure

   StayIn Paradise shall not be liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

   • Natural disasters
   • Government restrictions
   • Pandemics
   • Civil disturbances
   • Technical failures
   • Any other force majeure events
